Human experience is key to building thriving companies.

According to the PwC report 2018 - Experience is everything, 73% of the consumers emphasised that EXPERIENCE is an important factor in their purchasing decisions, behind price and product quality.

Clearly, delivering extraordinary human experience is key to growth as consumers buy more, share more with their friends and stay on longer.

Yet only 49% of U.S. consumers say companies provide a good customer experience today.

Here's the challenge: when people are feeling out of alignment at work due to the impact of stress, how can we even provide an extraordinary human experience for others

According to Mayo Clinic, overexposure to stress hormones puts us at risk of depression, anxiety, and memory and concentration loss. It also makes us less creative, productive, present, and communicative. Physically, adrenaline increases our heart rate and heightens our blood pressure. Cortisol hinders immune system responses, weakens the digestive and reproductive systems, and causes hypertension, weight gain, fatigue, lack of mental sharpness, headaches, heart disease, and sleep problems.

This also means, motivating, leading, engaging and incentivising a highly stressed workforce is difficult, counterproductive and cost ineffective.

In short, individual and organisational wellbeing plays an important role in improving human experience.

Well to Work's Approach

well to work method 2019

A study published in the European Journal of Social Psychology found out that on average, it takes more than 2 months before a new behaviour becomes automatic. And how long it takes a new habit to form can vary widely depending on the behaviour, the person, and the circumstances.

Therefore, creating healthy habits that sustain is a process, not a short-term event.

To foster a culture of wellbeing that raises human experience, we need an ecosystem to create healthy habits that will stay with your people for life.

With Well to Work, you aren't trying to change what you experience externally (RECEIVE), which is what a lot of people are stuck at. Instead, you start to gain awareness of what is happening around you.

You get tools and solutions that help you shift how you RESPOND to the external world, rather than reacting by flight, fight or freeze. This is made possible by getting in touch with your sensory experiences (RECONNECT). You will also learn how to REGULATE your mind, body and energetics. And by intentionally designing the appropriate REWARDs, it continues to empower you. This ecosystem becomes a feedback loop that strengthens your ability to deal with the external world filled with stressful events and triggers.
